Year 12 Excursion to the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research
The Year 12 Human Biology students recently went on an excursion to the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research where they had an interactive lab session in the BioDiscovery Centre.
They got to apply the skills they’ve been learning in class about the process of Gel Electrophoresis, with a hands-on class using real DNA. It was a fantastic learning experience for these students!
