Food Science and Technology Parent Dinner

Our Year 11 Food Science and Technology students at Harrisdale hosted a Parents and Guests Dinner Function last week as part of a recent assessment.

They have spent the term designing the menu, trialling recipes, making invites, modifying their dishes, testing presentation techniques and planning decorations for their restaurant, which was collectively named ‘The Staffroom’.

Miss Jasmine Stone, Technologies Teacher, said, “I am so proud of every student and of what they have achieved. Their hard work certainly paid off and I’d like to thank them all for their commitment, initiative and positive attitude.”
