Year 10 X-Over Experience in Meekatharra
In the second week of the school holidays some of our Harrisdale staff and Year 10 students were part of the X-Over experience in Meekatharra with the Carey Right Track Foundation.
The team supported the local youth services in a variety of activities such as music, art and basketball and also helped run an Athletics carnival organised by the Stephen Michael Foundation.
The carnival was very successful with lots of participation, enthusiasm, natural talent and excellent results amongst the local youth.
The team also had the opportunity to spend time with local artist Andrew Binsiar learning different Indigenous art techniques.
Well done Carey Right Track for organising this fantastic experience for everyone involved!
