Route Change Application Form

College Bus Routes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are contracted out and subsidized by the College, providing a vital service to the College community. These routes are reviewed annually in the Term 1 school holidays to ensure that they are supporting the majority of our student population and remaining viable. Families asking for a change need to complete and submit this Route Change Application form by the last day of Term 4 to the College Bus Administrator via an Administration Office.

For changes to the Forrestdale North or South orange school buses, please contact the Public Transport Authority.
