The move into the Secondary years of schooling can sometimes be just as daunting for parents as it is for students.
This Information Evening aims to provide parents of our Year 7 students with information to assist in a smooth transition.
Parents are encouraged to bring their incoming student/s with them. All families will receive a subject selections folder on the evening containing their child’s unique webcode.
Topics covered will include:
- Pastoral Care at Carey
- What to expect in Year 7
- How to choose your subjects for next year
- How we support great behaviour
- Uniforms in Secondary School
- What you can expect at Orientation Day.
Parents will also have the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
