The documents below outline tuition fees and provides a clear explanation of family concessions, our payment terms, late payment of fees, and so on.The breakdown of the year levies is available from Accounts on request.
When the fees for each year are confirmed by the College Board, all families are advised in writing. This generally happens each year in mid-to-late November.
Edstart Fee Payment and Extension
We are working with Edstart to help families manage school fee payments. Parents are able to choose a plan that fits around your budget – you can even lower your annual school fee spend.
Please note, Edstart is a third party and is separate from Carey. We will not have access to any information that you provide to Edstart and is a private arrangement between the parents and Edstart.
VCPay – Secure Online Payments
VCPay is a secure online payment platform that makes it easy for families to manage their financial arrangements with the College.
With a simple, mobile-friendly interface, parents can view their payment history, make payments, and conveniently manage their preferred payment methods in one place. Designed for ease and flexibility, VCPay provides a safe and convenient way to stay up to date with College accounts, anytime and anywhere.
