Year 8 Aviation

In Week 4 our Harrisdale Year 8 Aviation students spent the day at Jandakot Airport.

This involved learning about The Royal Aero Club’s history and function, Jandakot Airport operations, flight navigation, and controls. The students went for a joy flight around the city flying from Fremantle and over the school.

The students learned a lot about aviation and had a fantastic day, they are now looking forward to next year when they can fly the plane themselves!
