Fees

The documents below outline tuition fees and provides a clear explanation of family concessions, our payment terms, late payment of fees, and so on.

When the fees for each year are confirmed by the College Board, all families are advised in writing. This generally happens each year in mid-to-late November.

Edstart Fee Payment and Extension

We are working with Edstart to help families manage school fee payments. Parents are able to choose a plan that fits around your budget – you can even lower your annual school fee spend.

Please note, Edstart is a third party and is separate from Carey. We will not have access to any information that you provide to Edstart and is a private arrangement between the parents and Edstart.

Direct Debits

In the interests of better efficiency in the Accounts Office, direct debit is the only form of paying tuition fees. Direct debits include annual, semester, term, monthly, and fortnightly payments. If you require weekly payments, please contact the Accounts Office. As well as direct debits from bank accounts, we also offer direct debits from a credit card. As per our Direct Debit Instructions below, please be mindful that there is a 0.8% surcharge to use a credit card.

Direct Debit Forms will be ongoing until the last student from your family leaves the College. If you need to complete or update your direct debit details, please complete a Direct Debit Form and return to the Accounts Office at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled direct debit
